Helping People Move Better
Helping You Move Forward — No Matter Where You’re Starting
We work with athletes, active adults, and individuals managing chronic pain—from brand-new injuries to conditions that have lingered far longer than expected.
Some people come to us early, looking to support recovery and avoid long-term issues. Others arrive frustrated, having already tried “everything.”
Both belong here.
My Story: From Chronic Pain to Purposeful Recovery
In my early twenties, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. At the time, I was a collegiate long-distance runner—strong, disciplined, and deeply connected to what my body could do. Almost overnight, that changed. Pain in my feet became so severe that even pressing the pedals to drive my car felt impossible. That moment marked the beginning of a long, humbling journey with chronic pain.
Like many people facing a diagnosis at a young age, I was immediately presented with a future defined by lifelong medication and immune suppression. But something in me resisted. I believed—deeply—that the body was designed for healing, not perpetual breakdown. I believed there had to be another way.
So I chose to search for real answers.
That path was not easy. There were years of struggle, frustration, and moments when my world felt very small—when movement was limited and daily life felt overwhelming. But over time, the pieces began to come together. As I learned how to support my body through lifestyle patterns, recovery strategies, and intentional care, my health began to change. My pain decreased. My mobility returned. And slowly, I got my life back.
I remember feeling immense gratitude for the simplest things—lifting my leg into the car, typing on a keyboard, preparing a meal without pain. Those moments changed me. They taught me that health is not something to take for granted, and that our bodies, when properly supported, are capable of far more than we are often told.
Today, that journey shapes everything we do at Impact Laser Mobility & Recovery. My role is not just to offer services, but to guide people who are frustrated, hurting, and unsure of their next step. We combine cutting-edge recovery technology with evidence-based principles and lived experience—helping your body do what it was designed to do: restore, adapt, and move well again.
I believe we were created for purposeful, active lives—not lives defined by pain, limitation, or fear of movement. Your body is not the enemy. With the right support, it can become your greatest advocate.
If you are ready to reclaim mobility, reduce pain, and step back into the life you were meant to live, I would be honored to walk that journey with you..

Why Programs Matter
Acute injuries may only need short-term support.
Chronic pain patterns almost always need consistency.
Programs allow us to:
Apply care intentionally
Support tissue adaptation over time
Set realistic expectations
Track meaningful progress
The goal is never more treatment — it’s the right level of care at the right time.
Our Recovery Pathways
Not everyone needs the same level of care. We guide people through clearly defined recovery pathways—helping you start where it makes sense and move only as needed.
Acute & Performance Support – For athletes and recent injuries
Targeted Recovery Programs – For chronic tendon and soft-tissue pain
Joint & Nerve Maintenance Support– For arthritis and neuropathy
Before Surgery Care– For those seeking clarity before invasive decisions
This approach keeps care appropriate, ethical, and individualized—so you receive the right support at the right time, without unnecessary escalation.
