Supplements & Recovery Bundles

Thoughtful support for recovery, performance, and long-term health

At Impact Laser Mobility & Recovery, supplements are used as supportive tools—not permanent requirements. Our recommendations are designed to complement treatment, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, not replace them.

We focus on simple, evidence-informed supplements that support recovery, inflammation balance, and cellular health during specific phases—then step back when they are no longer needed.

Our Supplement Philosophy

We believe:

  • Food and lifestyle come first

  • Supplements should have a clear purpose

  • More is not better

  • Supplements are most effective when used strategically and temporarily

Our goal is to support your body when demand is higher—then help you transition back to relying primarily on nutrition and daily habits.

When Supplements Are Most Helpful

Supplements may be recommended during:

  • Active treatment and recovery phases

  • Periods of increased physical demand

  • Athletic training or competition seasons

  • Times of higher stress or reduced recovery capacity

They are not intended for indefinite use and are always reassessed.

Supplements in Our Chronic Recovery Programs

Most chronic recovery programs at Impact include a recommended one-month supply of targeted supplements.

These supplements are chosen to support:

  • Tissue repair and recovery

  • Inflammation balance

  • Cellular energy and healing response

  • Recovery between treatment sessions

This one-month timeframe aligns with the active healing phase of care. As treatment concludes, supplement use is typically reduced or discontinued as clients transition into long-term wellness or maintenance.

Acute Injury & Athletic Recovery Supplement Bundle

For acute injuries and athletic recovery, we offer a separate supplement bundle designed with active individuals and athletes in mind.

This bundle is intended to support:

  • Faster tissue recovery

  • Increased physical and training demands

  • Short-term performance and recovery needs

This approach recognizes that athletes often require temporary additional support, not lifelong supplementation.

Supplements for Longevity & Lifestyle Support

In a longevity-focused lifestyle, supplements are approached cyclically, not continuously.

Rather than taking the same supplements year-round, we encourage phases that reflect real life:

  • Foundation phases for general joint and cellular support

  • Short recovery phases after injury or illness

  • Stress or immune-support phases during demanding seasons

  • Intentional breaks, where diet, hydration, and lifestyle take priority

Sometimes, the most supportive choice is using fewer supplements—or none at all.

What We Do Not Do

To maintain integrity and trust, we do not:

  • Recommend large numbers of supplements

  • Encourage indefinite daily use without reassessment

  • Replace nutrition with pills or powders

  • Use fear-based or trend-driven supplement strategies

Every recommendation is meant to be practical, purposeful, and time-limited.

How Supplements Fit Into the Bigger Picture

Supplements work best when paired with:

  • Recovery-focused or longevity-focused nutrition

  • Adequate hydration

  • Regular movement and mobility

  • Recovery tools such as sauna and cold compression

  • Consistent sleep and stress management

They are one part of a larger recovery and wellness ecosystem—not the foundation.
